Ibrahim H. Youssouf (Abe)
CEO and Founder.
In 2005 Ibrahim Youssouf AKA (Abe) founded ET-Retreading PLC. and went on to establish the ET Global Business Group which now includes Hose Engineering PLC and TMS (Tire Management Services). Abe migrated from Ethiopia to the United State of America. He attended San Francisco State University in Northern California to study Electrical Engineering in computer Science (EECS). While at university he joined part time to work at Bridgestone Tire Company and following Sales and Claim adjuster training at Bridgestone’s training facility in Tokyo Japan became a Tire Claims Officer and Sales Executive.Subsequently, he started his Airlines carrier by joining American Airlines. his Airline career continued for the next 26 years in different capacities ranging from,
Fleet Service Clerk to Senior Ground Operations Control Crew Chief at Miami International Airport. Throughout his time in the USA, Abe was actively involved in the local Ethiopian community. He served as Board Director and President for the Ethiopian Community in Greater Bay Area Oakland, California and after moving to Miami, served as President of the Ethiopian Community of South Florida. On returning to the USA he started researching viable projects and Eco-friendly project that he found and felt could most help Ethiopia and save foreign exchange was the tire retreading business.

Executive Sectary and Human Resource Manager
Samrawit Bogale joined Et-retreading PLC. As Executive Secretary and Human resource manager in early 2012 and she has a BS degree in Business Management from Rift Valley University and Certificate of diploma from Nifas silk college by secretarial science and office management, she is knowledgeable and fully conversant in office management and human resource management.
